I saw this thread on another forum of Jake and Sass and there appears to be more info. Seems like Sass is working on a tune with Jake.

This is supposidly from Sass's Facebook page:

Hope this is true and works out!!

Very cool to see these! I like to see what pedals he has. This is seemingly right atound the Fine Pink Mist Album.

I'd like to see his pedalboard he used in Badlands. I think he had the Rotovibe, a wah and a boss overdrive during the Voodoo Highway tour.

Thanks for sharing!

Hello all,

I just became aware of a forum/website that has a good amount of live Badlands shows. You need to register for the forum I think, in order to view it...I'm not affiliated with the forum at all...I just wanted to share it here to spread some great live Badlands music.

Here's the link ...

Did he actually ever end up singing for Badlands? From what I remember and from what I've read, I thought Ray ended up finishing the UK dates that were going to use West on. But I very well could be wrong.

I would be super happy if he did anything. 'Retraced' was really good IMHO.

Retraced is a very good album. I would be very happy if Jake did another album like it!

Oh, my bad. I'll PM you to talk about them further.

Just to clarify, I already have Badlands, Voodoo Highway, Dusk and A Fine Pink Mist on CD all from when they first came out. It's the remastered versions of Badlands and Voodoo Highway I'm considering.

There's a good deal for the original releases of the Badlands albums here for anyonre intersted ...

I have both albums on CD from when they came out but I'm interested in the remastered versions and the new booklet stuff. Thinking about tracking these remastered version down. Wondering if they're worth it since I already have the original issues.

Happy birthday Jake!

Very cool!

I'm all set now, thanks to Rustkill!

Been jamming some on it and loving it.

Anyone have Badlands and/or Voodoo Highway tabs?

I recall a long time ago, someone kindly sharing them in guitar pro format or pdf. Anyone have them? I'm particularly looking for Voodoo Highway.

No prob, I wish I still had it to sell to you cause you obviously really wanted it.

The slides I got from someone I met online years ago (around 1992-93). He/she took these pictures from a live show of theirs (in 92-93) and I never did anything with them.
