Jake's blue guitar is on its way to me from Japan, kinda!!
Check this out, I've just ordered it for an amazing price.

I will need to change the pickup to a black SH-4 and no idea who made it as is has no logo on the headstock but looks really nice from the pics I've been sent. VERY HAPPY!!!!
Regarding the logo, what colour is the Charvel logo on bluey so I can order one?
Specs Ive just received. The body is an alder, the neck is a maple and the fingerboard is a rosewood. The pickups of neck and center position are Dimarzio DP111 SDS-1, the bridge position is a Seymour Duncan TB-4 Jazz Model. And this guitar has a buzzfeiten systems.
There was only one available I'm afraid, sorry.

not to be picky ... but ... the TB-4 is a trem-version of the JB

if it were a Jazz, it would've been a SH/TB-2 ... TB as in trembucker

yea i know, thats the spec as it was written. im gonna swap it out with another JB, im thinking SH but maybe a black TB might be better for string spacings?

It's a real solid beauty, Timstar your new JAKE's Blue guitar: it looks just like the one Jake E. Lee played on the live Tour '86 but his is more darker blue and it's a Signature Charvel guitar. I think somewhere down the line a famous Museum in JAPAN actually now owns/bought it/JAKE's actual Signature Blue Charvel guitar. "I find it surprising that this guitar Company guitarcrafts.jp only have 1 guitar left or at least can put one together for those that want to order this particular design. Anyway, congrats on your treasure find." peace!

its now in my possession and is really nice. Its actually a better blue that the pics make out. I will make some minor mods and post some pics then.
It has a slight lower fret buzz on one string which will need a little sorting, apart from that it looks brand new altough it was sold as 2nd hand, and I got a case!!
Had to pay £135 import though

Ive changed the hum to a SH-4 black JB, looks a lot better.
I have the machinehead buttons in black coming this week, so if anyone wants the pearl white gotoh buttons before I put them on ebay let me know.
I also have a Gold Charvel professional decal coming, its gonna look brilliant.
The guitar has been sorted for fret buzz and now plays brilliantly. Its got a real bite to the sound like no guitar I have ever owned. The JB is slightly reserved which means you have to play "well". Lovely neck.
