I remember the first time I heard the solo to Flying High Again at 10 years old. I knew I wanted to play the guitar like Randy Rhoads. Ace Frehley was my favorite until Randy, Eddie, and George Lynch came along. It wasn't until years later i learned that George actually showed Randy the tapped part of the Flying High solo that he would later use. Sadly, taken way too early from us before he would of combined classical with metal. (Shawn Lane was already doing this with Black Oak Arkansas in 1979 however). Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary remain as alltime classics that still inspire new and old guitarists alike. Thank you Randy for inspiring me to play guitar and say hi to Dimebag, Criss Oliva, and Chuck Shuldner. They were big fans of yours. R.I.P.
