No order:
Hard driver
Devil's daughter - Zakk - I believe there to be some sick chicken pickin in there
Photograph - Def Lep - specifically the outro solo from 'In the Rounds' (SC's)
Ocean - John Butler Trio
Still of the Night - Whitesnake
Not a solo, more of a fill, but SLC 84, Rock N Roll Rebel, the tapped part on the last time the intro riff gets played.
Gotta have some BATM SLC, and Killer of Giants mind you

Bark At The Moon hands down. There are some great ones out there but, I can't think of any that even come close to BATM.

Oh, it's hard to me, I love a lot of solos :)
well, I'll try:

Nobody Rides For Free - Warren DeMartini
What You Give is What You Get - Robbin Crosby (R.I.P.) (Ratt)
Looking For Love and Riot - John Sykes
Rock N Roll Rebel solos and Rumblin' Train - Jake E. Lee
After All the Madness - Bernie Marsden (solo album "Look at Me Now")
I'm the Man - Warren DeMartini again on Glenn Hughes' album "Blues"
Standing in the Shadow - Mel Galley (Whitesnake)
Heart Like A Wheel - Tony Iommy
Guardians of the Night - Wolf Hoffman (Accept)
Just Hit Town and Bad Penny - Rory Gallagher
Cause We've Ended as Lovers - Jeff Beck
Twilight Cruiser - Markus Deml (Kingdom Come)
Love's Name - John Campbell (R.I.P.) (trading off with Zander Kennedy)
...

I think, it's not all :)
