These seats were to the left of the stage in the lower concourse-perfect view of the entire stage. :) The face value is $18.50.

Stevie Salas and Color Code opened when I saw Satch, too. The MeyerhHoff is an acoustically perfect venue, and it's about the size of a high school auditorium. It was great!

I saw Clapton on the acoustic Tears In Heaven tour, the one right after his 4 year old son fell from a window and died. And I drove 12 hours to Stowe, Vermont to see Santana with Phish opening for them.

I wish I had kept "many" of my Concert stubs over the years: just to say I was there you know. That's really great you have a Joe Satriani/1990 live in action stub: his a awesome musician. I do believe that Led Zeppelin has a new album rarety out or it just maybe a brand new album! Their an battery band they just kept going on and on and on! 8O Great bands! Peace.

Great story huh? Totally true! I used to be quite the partyer...I was young, in a band....you know. :D

I went to a number of those types of shows in the 80's. Mostly on dates or for my g/f. Maybe I'll post some of those stubs too. :D

I bet that was a great show. Both great guitarists!

I saw Vai many years ago at the 1st G3. I took pictures but security confiscated my camera during Eric Johnsons set. :x :(

Here's a good one I ran across....The Radio K.A.O.S. tour.
Image

He played the whole Radio K.A.O.S. album in it's entirety. Also played all the required Pink Floyd songs. :D I can't really remember who was the band...I think they were All-Stars or something....Oh yeah, Andy Fairweather Lowe was on guitar and did a wonderful job... even on the Pink Floyd tunes. :)

I'm pretty sure my girlfriend took me to this one, as it's the day after my birthday. :)
