Tendonitis

After Many Months of repetitive soloing..(I'm a Singer Now Playing Lead too!) I fallen Victim to Tendonitis!
Has Anyone had this?

Yes, I used to get it (I was a singer playing lead too for many years). It takes months of total rest before you can play without it recurring. It took about 4 or 5 months for me. Luckily, at the time the other guitarist in my band was very good...We just adjusted the set and arrangements and added my brother on rythym guitar. Now I do the standard stretches before I play anything...You know, stretch your wrists forward and backward....finger stretches, etc...I've also changed my style quite a bit over the years. I haven't had an episode in a long time.

Don't over-do it man!....Once it starts to hurt, stop playing. :)
