I've heard of them, and they are nice to me. On the subject of putting it into one of your guitars . . . as you probably already know, the only way to determine what it's really going to sound like in your guitar, (with your hands on it) and consequently, whether or not you like how it sounds is to slap it in there. Right? I don't care for the JBs as they are a tad too hot for me, but, they have a great "voice!" I will always buy pickups from Seymour Duncan, though ( because I like his name). I don't know. I would expect an answer out of me to be fair and balanced, yet preconceived. Why'd you ask me, anyway? LOLOL - OLOLOL

I don't think I've ever thought about "picking-up" Bill Lawrence. Just not my type. Seymour Duncan maybe....but Bill Lawrence...Never! :P

I happened to read somewhere that the pickup you just bought is an excellent choice for the bridge position

the L500XL is great for bridge and the L500L is great for neck
if you have a L500XL in the bridge, otherwise you could use
it in the bridge as well :)

It hasn't been fitted yet..as I already Mentioned on another post, I bought a Holdsworth type Single humbucker Pickguard which I was Fitting it to..But the Quality was Appalling..therefore have been unable to Finish it..until I buy another Pickguard...
