Most recent movie I've seen is Pirates of the Carribeans "At Worlds End" - I liked it better then the 2nd Pirate sequel movie/the second one was too slimmy for me & their teeth far too dirty looking. This one their teeth were pearly white: heee, hee and yet though it still had it's slimmy moments this one had a better script & plot to me. I like all 3 Pirate sequels but 1st & 3rd one are the best one's to me :!: Johnny Depp & Co. difenately shines in this episode sequel as well. Next, movie THE TRANFORMERS I can't wait: Optimus Prime & Megatron in battle July 4th 2007 :!: 8O

Superbad is super funny! OMG
But, please notice and heed the "R" rating. Some crazy lady in front of me took two kids, probably 7 and 9 years old, and had to walk out in the first 5 minutes. The first 5 minutes set the tone for the entire movie so, I suppose she had A LOT of explaining to do with just no more than they saw. tsk tsk tsk.

People are fucking stupid. At least she had the brains to take them out. I went to see Halloween not too long ago and of course, there were some "folks" with a child no more than 4 in the damn theater. Not only did I go to the late show (12:00pm) to avoid kids in the first place, but had to deal with that kid screaming when she woke up - oh yeah, that is what I paid $10 to hear. IDIOTS!!!! Leave your kid home!!!! It's a horror flick! RATED R!!!!!

I didn't know that the Audioslave vocalist/now a Solo Artist Chris Cornel performed the much sizzler hit "You know My Name" from the major picture blockbuster of last year 2006 James Bond: Casino Royale staring Daniel Craig (or is it Craig Daniels, anyway his stunning/handsome! 8O :D 8) . That totally blew me away when he was on David Letterman/and Jimmy Kimmel Talk shows (must have been a repent...'some months back!) and he totally enraptured the audience with his music charms. I "love" that song very senusal & mysterious...'I'm gonna find his album, I think he has a new album out. Awesome! I hope Chris Cornel does the next title song for the new James Bond movie...'hmmmm the last movie I saw just recently was Elizabeth: Queen of the Golden Age, it was pretty cool but I liked "Elizabeth" more for it was more emotions in that/I like the screen when she's talking to her Father (Henry the Eight...'sorry don't know those Romans #'s) Portrait, that was heavy. Next, new movie on list is "Beowulf" I really want to see that!

Often times when people have that are 1st names: it is a puzzle figuring out is that his last name or is it his 1st name, for instants the legendary Kenny James of RARE EARTH (sometime, I say James Kenny) or the Vocalist in SYMPHONY X - I'm like is it Russell Allen or is it Allen Russell, things like that. So I'm sorry if I mix up famous people names sometimes especially when they have two first names.

Scarefest time!

Watched the classics the other night: 'The Birds' (not nearly as good colorized - much prefer the black and white version) and 'Psycho'. And, you KNOW I had to throw in a Johnny Depp movie so, I watched 'From Hell'.

(btw - i didn't know Tippy Hedron was Melanie Griffith's mom!)

Just went and saw 30 Days of Night. Very cool and scary story with messy vampires. Not the pretty ones like in Interview with a Vampire and Vampire Lestat. The best part was having the wife beside me in a death grip because it scared the shit out of her! :)

I want to see this movie so bad, but my wife refuses to go! I'll probably have to wait until this one comes out on DVD.

That sucks, dude. Make her go! It is a sure as hell way to get the woman all over you. I always took my dates to horror movies. Plus, once all that emotion and adernaline gets going - no telling where that will lead....

If ya get my drift.... ;)

That's funny! One time, back in my younger days, this dude took me to the drive-in to see the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. We were chillin', watching the movie, drinking beer when he decides he needs to take a piss. Off to the restroom he goes and leaves me in the freakin' car while Leatherface is up there doing his thing! I was scared shitless sitting outside in a dark car watching that. I just about jumped through the roof when he came back and tried to get in the car. I had locked all of the doors while he was away and he couldn't get in. I guess he remembers the cussing he got that night from me! :x

That's funny, but there's not a chance in Hades she'll go. I've never met anyone else that's this big of a chicken when it comes to horror flicks. Horror movies just don't bother me, because I know it's all fake. At the same time, when they're well done I find them entertaining.

I hate slasher flicks though. I'm not into those at all, but I do like the supernatural stuff or the traditional gouls, vampires, warewolves, etc. types of movies.

Sweeney Todd last weekend. Lots & lots o' blood - however, no gore.
Yes, Depp (surprisingly, to me) can carry a tune pretty well!!!
Tim Burton should definitely win the Oscar for directing. Very, very well done, I thought.
Musical - 75% singing - so, probably not for everyone.

Yeah, I wanted to see this until I learned it was a musical. I'm not too sure how I feel about that. I almost bought the book today during my lunch break at Books-A-Million.

My wife and I went to see National Treasure (Book of Secrets) over the holiday weekend. It's an entertaining flick if you dug the first one.

Geriatric Rambo?
I wonder if he'll have the missiles strapped to his walker in this flick.
