So both the neck and body are Fender ?!?! I never knew that ! Kinda strange slapping the logo on the neck, but i'm assuming it was for endorsement.

They guy who fixed it up for Jake worked at Charvel
so that might have something to do with it

Re: Jake's Hardtail Bridge on the Charvelized Fender
Carvin's hard tail bridge is made by someone else. I've got one and I called and asked. It specs out like a GOTO bridge. By the way the Carvin Bolt's neck joint will take a Strat neck with some minor modifications. So order a pickguard, neck with a strat stlye headstock, and paint it white...Pictures forthcoming.
It won't be perfect, but it will be a quality "real" hardtail with an alder body, inspired by our man Jake E. Lee.

The GOTOH BRIDGE YOUR TALKING ABOUT IS THE SAME BRIDGE THATS
ON JAKE'S ESP GUITAR MODEL THAT ESP MADE BACK IN 1995 .
IF YOU GO ON THE ESP'S JAPAN SITE THE BRIDGE IS CALLED THE SPECIAL T ITS THE BRIDGE JAKE USE'S ON THE SEJ 250 MODEL GUITAR.
I HAVE ONE ON MY CUSTOM MADE ESP JAKE E LEE GUITAR I HAD MADE AT SUNSET CUSTOMS GUITAR SHOP BACK IN 1993 AND BACK THEN I BOUGHT A GOLD ONE FOR $30.00 WHEN I WAS OUT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Re: Jake's Hardtail Bridge on the Charvelized Fender
...the idea of buildin a blueburst Charvel has been enterin my mind and I'm now at that point to say "Yes, I will" ... so where can I get a golden Hardtail just like Jake's was and which price should I take into account for it? Was it a special retro supervintage classic handmade piece demanding over 200$ to get?

A gold GOTOH hardtail bridge w/ steel saddles can be found @ www.allparts.com
It's part # is SB_5105-002 and it retails for about $75 U.S.
I hope this helps.

Try www.mannmade.com or try www.gwm .com
Let us know how you make out.
