The Rebel ORIENT Express

Postby Shadow » Wed Jan 18, 2006 6:41 pm

Welcome back Rebel Orient Express....

I find it quite intriguing & wonderful of BURRN magazine: a Japanese Classic Hard Rock/Metal magazine Establishment Company to acknowledge Rebel Guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne & Badlands fame, Wicked Alliance, Jake E. Lee, Rough Cutt) in one of their “earlier” nostalgia magazine issue #4 April 1989 which Burrn quotes “Welcome Back Orient Guitar Express! In which the magazine BURRN praises Jake E. Lee’s phenomenal Guitar technique skills and musicianship calling him “also” the Guitar Ninja! It also “states/quotes” in BURRN issue #1 January 1987 “the Guitar Hero who terminated racial discrimination: The Bruce Lee of Heavy Metal” Jake E. Lee who is of Japanese & Welsh American birthright is featured on this Cover as well. How very warm & noble of BURRN magazine to honor & acknowledge Jake E. Lee (Jakey Lou Williams) this way I’m sure Jake’s beloved parents Kenneth & Shizu Williams (may they rest in sweet harmony) were & are quite proud of their son. May their Limelight Spirits continue to embrace & guide him & Family.” Titles the established musician/writer Jake E. Lee earned & worked for with full true Heart grit & diligence during the early/mid 80’s (in Ozzy Osbourne band) and continued with his own band BADLANDS during the late 80’s through early 90’s (in which are featured in this particular magazine nostalgia Coverage of BURRN issue #4 April 1989). Later the Rebel Orient Express*Jake E. Lee ventures into other music endeavors both Solo & band projects (like Wicked Alliance w/Mandy Lion of WWIII fame, the Mandy Lion band) throughout the 90’s and continues forward into the new Millennium of 2006 this strong will Trailblazer Jake E. Lee has been through much up’s & “painful” downs and I’m very “pleased” his once again returned back Home to the Music Industry where he belongs! “Welcome back Orient Guitar Express and looking forward to the next 25 plus years and “more” of your Rebel music Electric flames. God Bless! Hopefully Jake E. Lee will consider during a Biography of his Music Career & Life Story for it’s a rich one, indeed! And I wouldn’t mind seeing new comer Guitarist/Musician Matt K. Heafy (Trivium fame) to portray the legendary Rebel Guitarist/Musician Jake E. Lee/Jakey Lou Williams one day for at times their strong handsome features are similar to some degree in a Major movie film that would also include the lovely Jade Williams, Jake E. Lee’s cherished Rebel daughter. Peace & many respects!” 8) shadow

Guitar Ninja, the Orient Express...I like those! Jake is a cool guy...

I hope he knows how much he and his licks mean to us! \nn/

I mean really...it doesn't get better for me than Jake E. Lee and Ray Gillen in the same band! IMO, they are two of the coolest people to ever exist!

Now I really sound like a silly fanboy don't I?

That's right, the mother Eugenia was Indonesian.

I think it shows on both, actually I think it shows even more on Alex, just look at his eyes.
