Strange question....any big music store should have it...or you can get it here but it seems expensive : http://www.amazon.com/Badlands/dp/B000008D4D

and if you don't care about mp3 then you can always .... 8O

Unfortunately it's not a strange question at all. I say unfortunately because it hasn't been in big music stores in over 15 years. It's been out of print for quite some time. It is on ebay every week and ends up going for 15 to 20 bucks on the average. This is really unbelievable that these titles aren't available anymore. Does anyone know if the Badlands catalog is on I Tunes? At the very least I wish the Japanese would issue little cardboard mini lp sleeve remasters of the first two Badlands albums. They are always doing cool reissues like that, and they Love Ray and Jake over there!

No, it's not on I-tunes, there are other people, on I-tunes, that are not happy about this either.

With today's technology, you'd think it be easy to create some new ones.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Ebay usually has a copy of it.

And after checking what they are going for, I sure am tempted to put mine up there...

I have it myself on Cd and would sell it....I have the copy with the carboard box. Unfortunately I am in France so I suppose it is not interesting to buy it from me because of the shipping expenses...

Try your nearest swap shops - I've seen several stores with used copies.

Yelp, you gotta go web surfing for vintage recording Classics these days and even some of the newer recordigns you have to do the same thing too. Amazon as above is a great source and so is CD Universe, something like that. And many times your own vintage vault Album/CD Record Store in your own neck of the woods will carry your out of print special groove Classics, you just have to do some mighty searhing & you be surprise what all the treasures you will find. GOOD LUCK :!:

I'm weird about thses Badlands discs. Whenever I see one, I'll grab it, which is few and far in between. I have two copies of the s/t on disc that I wouldn't even consider selling. I also have it on LP that I can't even play, because I don't own an lp player. Would I sell it...nope! :)
