Re: Jake dream line-up !
Im telling you, he needs Doug Pinnick from Kings X singing. that lineup would be killer, but Rob Rock doesnt really have a bluesy voice, which would be required with Jon lord and Bonham on board.

Also I'll pick Carmine Appice because he is still incredible drummer .I do love his dynamic style and he is able to help with backing vocals. And of course on the fretless bass guitar Mr. Tony Franklin![]()

I just ordered it recently, looking forward it hearing his new album. I have his other solo albums . He is also one of my favorite vocalist. I would also like to hear that Jorn Lande you were talking about. Which album would you suggest?PoetsandMadmen wrote:ROB ROCK IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE VOCALISTskrapmetal wrote:Jake E. Lee

Yes- without a doubt this was the best formula for Ozzy:
Ozzy (Vocals)
Jake E Lee (Guitars)
Bob Daisely (Bass)
Tommy Aldridge (Drums)
by the way what did you guys think of Phil Soussan and Randy Castillo?
I know Randy Castillo was not the most technical drummer or anything, but he sure was a great guy and hard worker, plus he had that cool native american/southwestern vibe that was cool.

The Lande/Allen disc is great too, don't let anyone make you think otherwise! You have two killer vocalist on one disc, Jorn Lande and Russell Allen! The CD is called The Battle. It came out last year.
You can actually buy most of Jorn's stuff from Ken.

I totally agree with your comment about the above Ozzy lineup. I liked Randy Castillo too. He was a fun drummer to watch, and came across as a nice guy. It's a shame that we don't have him around anymore.Alkeys wrote:Yes- without a doubt this was the best formula for Ozzy:

Seriously, I'd start out with Masterplan's self titled disc. You can buy it from a guy named Ken Golden in Jersey. He seems to be a really great guy and knows how to treat a customer. His website is www.lasercd.com

Thanks PoetsandMadmen,
I will checkout those cds.
