ZOOM H2 DIGITAL RECORDER

Postby SHREDDER1 » Tue Jul 22, 2008 7:59 am

Bought this recorder about 3 weeks ago.I have to say I`m pleasantly
surprised at the sound quality and the simplicity of the controls.I tested
at rehearsal and found the sound quality more then acceptable. This particular model is the most inexpensive out there($199.00).It come`s
with a bunch of accessories. It`s great for live recording or rehearsals.
A great value.

Those are very popular for location recording. I've been tempted to get one for a while.

Hey Shredder... it gets pretty close, but the sound is based on a plexi-type sound, so it tends to lean towards the treble side.

That doesn't matter so much to me, because my brother who plays bass, uses a 5-string, so no problem rattling the 40 Hz registrar with him around.

I may pick up an MXR EQ and work with it some.
