LYNCH MOB - SMOKE AND MIRRORS

Postby scorpio_rising04 » Sun Dec 13, 2009 10:06 am

Has anyone heard it yet? it's amazing!

Oni Logan totally channels Ray Gillen throughout the album, just check out the title track...Very "Badlands" sounding! =)

Bought it when it came out and it kicks some serious ass. Would have preferred Lynch to do some more shredding but sometimes less is more. "We Will Remain" sounds like something Yngwie would do and I love the Thin Lizzy inspired "Madly Backwards". Other standouts are "21st Century Man", "Where Do You Sleep At Night", "Before I Close My Eyes", "Time Keepers", and the haunting "Mansions In The Sky".

Out of the 3 track's listed above I really liked 'Let The Music Be Your Master' the best.
