What am I doing wrong???

Im trying to change my avatar on here and no matter what I do I keep gettitng an error that says its the incorrect fils size,type and status. I've tried every size I could think of and type I could think of.Will somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong ortell me Im not crazy........

I think it has to be a certain size, like 80x80 or something like that, I have been here from day 1, and I mean day 1, lol, since 2006, and I had some of the same issues, lol, cant remember what I done, pretty sure u have to resize to that, and link it to photobucket or some place like that

Keep the width within 100 pixels and the file size under 24kb and you should be good.
