Twenty Years Ago this month

Ultimate Sin was released.

They should re-release it with a couple of tracks from Jake & Ozzy that were unreleased and call it The Ultimate Sin 20 year edition.

Man, I'm getting old. I remember the day it came out - I rushed to my local Record Town store to buy it (they've been long gone since the early 90's). My favorite tune initially was Shot in the Dark. Then I grew to love the entire album in about a week's time.

He did Never Know Why in 97 when he toured with Joe. That was a while ago, but it was pretty cool to see him rock that song.

awesome album, Jake did a fine job of the guitar work on there . I think i like bark at the moon a bit more though

I don't remember the exact release date, but I remember really diggin' the whole album, but in my case it was a cassette! I was 10 years old....geeze, my mom really didn't know what I was listening to back then did she?

Wow, how time just wonderously slips by through our space & time on this ever changeing Earth. I really like that era the 80's (70's & 60's) for it brings back a very happenin' & inventive time all the decades are "all" pretty groovin & special in their own ways: and Ozzy Osbourne the Ultimate Sin (1986) Master Classic with the trailblazing energies talents of Guitarist Jake E. Lee, Drummer Randy Castillo and Bassist Phil Soussan that mightily appears/participated along w/Ozzy Osbourne on this heavy Hard Rockin' Metal masterpiece! Wow it is 20 yrs young and still growing with mighty power for sure & "more so" if you have this rare diamond in your Record Collection (I do and it kicks!)-my fav songs are Shot In the Dark, Never Know Why, Lightin' Stikes and Killer of Giants & The Ultimate Sin are totally gripping bad ass "heavy" Master Classic songs! And it would be absolutely splendid to see this OZZY/JAKE Ozzy Osbourne the Ultimate Sin 1986 album/Cd re-issue in it's origional "tomahawk" kick ass contents! Peace!

I picked it up on cassette the day it came out. It was also cool to see "Shot In The Dark" and "Ultimate Sin" in regular rotation on MTV. Of course those were the days when they actually played music videos and the videos being played were not 90% rap.

Jeff, you don't happen to have the Ozzy-boot from '97 where Joe played Never Know Why ?!
