They've been saying this for over 5 years now. I'm dying for it too but I'll believe it when I see it. I saw all three of them at NAMM and it was frustrating that all three were so close (John and Tony where just down the hall from each other, but all three were in the same building!) I even told each about the others being there and where they could find each other! I wanted to single handedly reunite this almighty trio!

Sadly, Tony Franklin wasn't making an 'appearance' at any booths. He was WORKING at a booth. He is an employee for one of the guitar companys and was helping customers at the booth! Same thing with Dave Ellefson, he works for Peavy. Kind of unsettling to see.

Meanwhile Sykes was in the next room over unveiling his signature model Les Paul in the 'invite only' Gibson room. I told him where Tony was though. Both said they'd have to stop over and see the other. Both (all three actually) were very cool that day. But especially Tony and John. I'm just glad I got to see them in 89. Only once though. I did get to play the proto type for Sykes' signature model and it was right after he set it down after having played it too!

Seasons, cool story! I like the fact that you were gutsy enough to even mention a reunion to them! :-)

Speaking of Blue Murder, I received their sophomore effort from 1993 in the mail yesterday. The copy I bought was flawless, so I couldn't be happier with it! I started listening to it on my way to work this morning, and so far, I think it's a strong effort!

Does anyone else have an opinion of Blue Murder's - Nothin' But Trouble disc?

True, true...definitely not a metal song, but VH1 Classic always seems to lump the 80s era bands together.
