Dude, I think you're better off making an MP3 disc with all of Jake's tunes on it! :-)

Yeah, I know. It would be real easy to just say the entire 1st Badlands or entire BATM, but I tried to pick the tunes from each album that hit me in the gut the hardest. Like I said, very tough to choose.

Joe's Blues and Jade's Song for a change of pace.

Dancing On The Edge

The Rapture

Rice Pudding from the Jeff Beck Tribute CD.

Can we all agree that So Tired won't be anyone's list. (Can't recall now if guitars were even on the final version.)

I know it may seem like you are buying into the 'Ozzy Corp' by listening to ozzy, but you know, i believe some of jakes best work was with ozzy. i also believe some of his best work was with badlands, and i have not been able to hear his new album yet so i don't know about that.

I agree with Skezza, I recently saw the US festival in from 1983 (Jake's Ozzy debut) and he was just awesome. Bark At the Moon is one of the greatest solos ever IMO. Badlands also has several Jake highlights including Winter's Call,Highwire,The Last Time,Soul Stealer,Sun Red Sun, and the great slidework of Streets Cry Freedom. Jake is simply a great guitarist in whatever he does. If you haven't picked up Retraced his newest disc, which is very similar to George Lynch's Furious George your missing out. A great tribute to his older influences.

Track List:
01. Whiskey Train
02. Evil
03. Way Back To The Bone
04. I'll Be Creepin'
05. Guess I'll Go Away
06. Love Is Worth The Blues
07. I Come Tumblin'
08. Woman
09. A Hard Way To Go
10. I Can't Stand It
11. Rock Candy

Band:
Chris Logan - vocals
Jake E. Lee - guitars
Tim Bogert - bass
Aynsley Dunbar - drums

not to be picky, but Jakes Ozzy debut was in Europe ;)
Finland to be precise ;)

No your right, I should have clarified U.S. debut. Ozzy wanted to be ready when he hit the U.S. for Jake to face the Randy fans. Jake was more than ready.
