I know there was blow involved in that plane crash. But, these were rock stars, not choir boys after all. I have been looking for this book, but so far, have not been able to find it.
Re: OFF THE RAILS......

WWW.ULTIMATERHOADS.COM - Randy Rhoads Website!
Re: OFF THE RAILS......
I'm sure it's quite a very emotional indepth book by Bassist Rudy Sarzo in respectful regards to the tragic plane accident that taken legendary Guitarist Randy Rhoads life away. I have not seen this book yet I have seen Ms. Sharon Osbourne's Biography book/the fame Manager goes into deep depths on her life/and her legendary husbands OZZY's band Ozzy Osbourne and the fame members within: it's warmly put together, I thought. Peace and much respects!

Re: OFF THE RAILS......
I ordered mine last night....I started reading the preview section and became so engrossed in the story about how Rudy auditioned for Ozzy with Randy coaching him how to deal with Ozzy and Sharon, when Amazon wouldn't let me read any more, I screamed out loud...."NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!'
- I had no choice but to put it immediately in my cart.
Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get the damn thing!!!!

Well I got it today! Started reading right away....
Re: OFF THE RAILS......
OK, I am about half-way into this book. The only complaint is I find the reviews after every show tiring. The gist of it is, Ozzy and Blizzard of Ozz was unappreciated for their talent and critics bashed them constantly after every show. Well yeah, critics have always bashed Metal and the fans that like it. Nothing new as far as that goes, and I could get the idea after a couple of examples. Also, the grammar and spelling are horrible. They should fire the editor.
Other than those petty complaints; I am really enjoying the book for what I purchased it for - an inside view as to what Randy was like during that time. I wish Rudy could have gone into more detail, it seems a little scarce, but there may be reasons for that.
