White Room, good song choice. I love playing the bass line to that one.
I like his cover of Montrose - Rock Candy, so maybe like Montrose - Bad Motor Scooter or Rock The Nation.
Or maybe, James Gang - Walk Away

Seeing him Thursday ... I'll get back to you on this afterward.
Although, Jake and Warren have always been friends, I always thought they would not work well together. I recently picked up Warren's solo effort and have been listening to it for a few days now. I actually now think they could compliment each other. These two working together would be cool.
Love Warren, but don't understand when people want two greats who play the same instrument to collaborate. That means way less of each persons playing. Then it's just half of each instead of a full album of either.
Kind of silly.
As for Sebastian, it's all just grit and overdone Liza Minelli style vibrato. He does this gravely gritty thing and thinks that counts as 'high' notes. His voice has really become a shadow of it's former self. But he still runs around and is a good front man, so people walk away thinking he was 'great'. But vocally, he is now far from it.
If it were a band similar to Badlands...
Jake - Guitars
Greg Chaisson - Bass - Still my fav bassist, so versatile and musical
Jason Bonham - drums, no comment
Bo Bice - vocals. Don't laugh, the guy has pipes and in addition to his In a Dream vocal on American Idol, his CD's are in the vein of a less-heavy Badlands

I think the fact that they wanted to do one back then would have made it awesome for the listeners....if they were "put together" by a record label then yes it could be crap

I like the Bo Bice idea
What covers would you all (yes, I did the southern thing) like to hear them play?
