I doubt the uploader would actually hire a lawyer. They wouldn't have a case at the least. They don't own the rights to the Led Zeppelin song or Jake's image. You're not even supposed to upload concert footage unless you hold all the rights.

That was really cool/nice although the audio was sorta foggy sounded but the Vibe that JAKE & Sass Band delivered was totally trailblazing!!! High electricity throughout their live performance of a Led Zeppelin Classic. Awesome!!

Well, I got to say, after watching Led Zeppelin's Celebration Day concert, which was great, Jimmy Page was the weakest link there. His tone and his playing was just not all there, but hey, the fact that they still got out there and did this, was awsome. It is still a great concert to watch and listen to.
With that said, even though this particular video is of the least quality ones out there, Jakes work on this song was better than Pages on Zep's latest concert release.
