I've not seen many of these. I made my own 'Jake style' out a standard scratchplate using some black tape. Jake actually did that on one of his guitars. I don't remember which one but I have a feeling it was the Daphne blue one (which many people thought under certain light was his Whitey). He used black circular pieces of tape to cover the holes, so I figured I'd go for that look.

Still, that scratchplate is probably as OEM as you'll ever get if you're making a whitey
