Wow! Thank You for posting this link!!!!!!

What can I say....very impressive. A new modern sound and as I've always said, Jake has this amazing ability to change his style and sound to suit whoever he is working with. I know some people may want to hear an Ozzy or Badlands sounding song, but this is refreshing.
I heard 'Purple Haze' on the radio and ...... it made the hairs on the back of my neck stood up

I like it alot! Good riffing and playing by Jake!

Both tunes have an Ozzy era feel to me. Deceived is Bark at the Moon like and War Machine is Sabbath-like.

First let me just say....it's Jake so I'm happy as hell! But....I don't love either of the tracks. Not crazy about the vocalist. May need his voice to grow on me.
Jakes playing is stellar (as always). As a guitarist myself....I'm a little surprised at how similar Deceived is to Bark at the Moon and War Machine is so close to the Sweet Leaf riff. I guess I was expecting something different.
As I said....it's Jake.....so I am just happy to hear him making new music it's been far too long.
I can't wait to hear the rest of the album

Sounds like two different vocalists. I know there are supposed to be a bunch of guest vocalists on the album but are either of these two singers Darren Smith who is going to be the new lead singer? I believe the war machine song is Darren Smith as that is the name of his old band. It also looks like January 28th is the official release date.

Thanks for the link. Both, descent tunes and leave me wanting to hear more. I think that DJ Smith and Jonas Fairley are sharing the vocal duties between the two tracks and sounds like covering the Ozzy tracks will be pretty easy for them. It was mentioned that Deceived sounded similar to Bark At The Moon. I want to say, I had read in an old interview of Jake's that the riff for Bark At The Moon was originally wrote back in his Ratt days. Ozzy changed up the riff a bit to work for his style. Maybe Jake wanted to get back to what it originally was. Either way, great listen.
