This is great! Dio is going to be singing as Dr. X on Opertaion Mindcrime II. Dio is the man. I admit, I do have high hopes for this album, but I am very skeptical of a Chris DeGarmo-less Queensryche. We shall see.

Secondly, I'm really looking forward to this new QR album, especially with Mr. Dio involved!

My gut tells me that Mindcrime II will at least be a couple steps up from Tribe, but we shall see...

What can be said about "Operation MindCrime" except that it is a
perfect metal album.I look foward to checking OP-II when it comes
out.Ronnie James just solidify`s it`s legitimacy as maybe another
great metal album.

Speaking of Operation Mindcrime, I just recieved a bootleg of the 2005 show in Philadelphia. Great show, great bootleg. One of the best I have seen in a while.

QR performs the entire Operation Mindcrime set with actors on stage. Very interesting and entertaining. Great stuff.

After there tongue lashings they became friends.Vernon finally admitted
that Dio deserved the praise`s that he has had.They laughed it off after.

Did you know Ronnie will start working on a new album this month? It usually takes Ronnie a few weeks in the studio after the writing is done. That album might be out before Mindcrime.

Yeah I remember them finally calling the truce and becoming friends, that was cool. But there was some funny stuff going back and forth there for a while.

During the storm we tried to evacuate like everyone else. I sent my wife and son out ahead of me while I secured what I could at home. I was supposed to meet them near San Antonio but when I was leaving my wife let me know that she had been stuck on the freeway for 5 hours and hadn't moved. I told her to exit immediately and go to her parents house in Houston. I took the back roads into Houston and we all stayed with her parents until it blew over. Some of my friends stayed stuck in traffic for 2 days straight...no thanks.

When I got home the only damage I had was a small part of the fence blown down. Not bad considering I didn't think there would be a house left to come back to.

Mr. Metal - hopefully your damage was minimal too.
