What bands would you like to see Jake in? Here are some I'd love to see.

Dio, Dokken, Ozzy, Ratt and Whitesnake.

Ratt would be cool, but I don't think Jake would play for another band except his own, but you never know.

It would be interesting if he got together with Warren DeMartini.

Exactly!

I have to admit there are alot of vocalist I'd like to see Jake work with though. I've wanted Jake to do a project with Joe Lynn Turner and Glenn Hughes for awhile now!

Here's what Joe had to say about Jake in an interview with The Dio Message Board...

"Question.I always thought that you and guitarist Jake E. Lee would work great
togethor. What do you think of Jake's playing?

JLT: I love it. It's amazing we have never crossed paths. "

They're all on the same label, Shrapnel. They all visit Mike Varney's house frequently. I know this because in a 1 month period I got about a dozen e-mails from Mike saying...Jakes at my house right now....George Lynch is at my house....Michael lee Firkins is at my house..etc., etc., etc.

My point is it's probably already crossed Mikes mind.

I also would love to see a JLT, Jake E Lee project or a Glenn Hughes Jake E Lee project...or a Lee, Turner, Hughes project. That would be awesome.

I think Joe and Jake would work great togethor because they're both melodic and bluesy.

I think Chris Cornell could be a great fit if Jake decided to do something Badlands-like again 8)

Wow! That's cool...who knows, it may happen one day! Yeah, it makes sense, since they're all on the Shrapnel Label.

I like Cornell, but they're are better candidates for that IMO anyway. The lead singer from the band, The Quill is one example. Now that I think about it, he sounds alot like Cornell, but with a broader range.

Don't get me wrong, it would be cool to see Jake work with Chris!

that's ok :)

I heard Badmotorfinger in my friends car last week
and Chris had that raw voice. Like a mix between Ray Gillen
and Chris Logan :)
