Rebel Tribute Project/JAKE E. LEE

Post by Shadow »

I really like what I hear so far on the up & coming Tribute Project dedicated to legendary Rebel Guitarist/Musician Jake E. Lee "Rock N Roll Rebel: A Tribute to Jake E. Lee" and his awesome Classic Masterworks. I look forward to the completeion of this hefty musician*s gathering of talents as they show what their made of as they tackle some of JAKE's finest vintage music treasures: I really liked how Whiskey Dust, Killer of Giants, Dreams In the Dark (Wow!), Voodoo Highway (Bow & Jimi done well with it! Nice!), Sun Red Sun (I always liked how Jake made his Guitar echo & you guys pulled it off nicely, too), etc.,. looking forward to the finish Rebel Jake E. Lee Tribute Project and thus far you guys sound fantastic! Keep up the good works. Peace! :D

Thanks for the kind words Dean :D I'm sure everyone involved will be elated to hear the enthusiasm. Everyone did a great job and I am just a very small portion of the credit. Now...before everyone starts asking when they can get a copy...that is currently in the works. The CD is being sent to select industry personel at the moment.

Before now...I've been very busy with personal and professional matters. Now I am able to give this project more attention and I can't wait for everyone to hear the final product. There are some beautiful moments on the CD and, of course, stellar playing everywhere on it. Thanks again Dean.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to "rub it in". I won't say another word about it other than it's getting closer to release.

Nah...all is good Dean. You don't need to stop talking about it. Actually, you can do a mini-review of it here and post it if you like

Yeah... give us a review. If I can't hear it yet, I would at least like to read about it. Come on Dean... it's time to be a critic and let those fingers type.
