What do you see ? Circles or Spirals ?
Focus on the middle cross for a few seconds, and you will notice the pink circles turning around are actually green !
Fix the center dot and move your head back and forth.
This is the best. Relax and focus on the four black dots in the center for 40 seconds.
Then slowly turn your head and look at the wall (surface must be of one only color)
Then you will see something taking shape on the wall. Look at it long enough. What do you see ? Or who do you see ?
