I do not think any of the guitarists really have to do anything wrong. I think Sharon gets rid of guitar players every so often just to try and keep Ozzys making money. If they were to keep one guitar player forever then Ozzy would have all of his songs start sounding to much alike after awhile. I think they fired Zakk also. Probably would have fired Randy too. Jakes music sounded better without Ozzys mouth over it anyway. I prefer Badlands anyday.
