I'm shrugging and have not a clue. Yet, there is a lot of dreadful things that has happen (and "also" splendid-wonderful things, too but it's not covered in the News as much. Pity.). Let's hope there will be a more resolute foundation ( actions) to those awful-dreadful happenings for it's quite overwhelming.
